SPECIAL EVENTS SPONSORSHIP STRATEGY
Disney Corporate Alliances partnered with Disney Special Events to create a new festival sponsorship strategy in 2016. The scope of the project included gathering the information from the all domestic Festival Operations teams, evaluating the information using market data research and a valuation model, and providing an updated structure of sponsorship offerings that met the needs of all partners.
